Computer Aided Design & Manufacture

Our engineering team use the latest software for design, CNC programming and Verification to give the best quality, right first time results.

We use PTC Creo solid modelling software for streamline integration of customer models, offering Design for Manufacture solutions and modelling of bespoke fixturing and tooling.

Our offline CNC programming department run 4 seats of Vero EdgeCam Intelligent Manufacturing Software for sophisticated toolpath generation for all our CNC machines. We can load customer models straight into EdgeCam, without any initial conversion, so our programs are written directly from the customer native design files.

We also use CG Tech Vericut simulation software to virtually prove out new programs, enabling right first time for new products going through the manufacturing process.
