Due to increased work load we require a skilled CNC Miller programmer, setter operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls
• Good understanding of 3, 4 and 5 axis machines
• Knowledge of Aerospace engineering
• Knowledge of Bridgeport, DMG, YCM and Hedelius machines is advantageous.
• A strong team ethic and willingness to communicate effectively with your peers.

Additional overtime maybe offered Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings where required. Flexibility around the core start, finish times and early finish on Fridays. We offer 25 days holiday, overtime at competitive rates and an annual bonus scheme linked to company profits and performance targets.

Duties will include:

• Precise masking of machined components
• Cleaning components pre and post painting
• Inspection of parts post painting
• General manual handling

Salary: Competitive

To support our growth, we now require a Production Controller to join our team.

Duties will include:

• Overseeing the processes of precision manufactured parts
• Progressing jobs to ensure work is completed in timely manner
• Liaising with key account managers
• Working alongside production manager to achieve product OTIF and monthly Sales figures
• Coordinating with Purchasing to ensure materials and processes are in place to meet delivery deadlines
• Raising shop floor job packs and delivery paperwork
• Reporting through our ERP software (Epicor)

Ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong interest in manufacturing in precision engineering.

• Qualifications up to Level 3, including Level 2 in Maths and English.

• Organised and Self-Motivated to achieve tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
